  • Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Modern Farming Experience Instructor. No prior farming experience is required – we're looking for individuals with a quick learning ability, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for providing engaging experiences. If you're enthusiastic and eager to understand modern agriculture and passionate on passing the knowledge to others, this position might be the perfect fit for you.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Follow detailed instructions, guidelines, expectations, and schedules for hosting activities.

    • Conduct the content of scheduled activities delivering clear instructions and engaging demonstrations during workshops. Follow the guidelines of flow to offer participants an exciting yet informative farm experience.

    • Prepare relevant tools and materials of activities before the arrival of participants; ensure a clean and organized environment before and after activities.

    • Ensure smooth and safe operation of activities, maintaining order throughout.

    • Attend to participants' needs and collect valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

    • Work in a greenhouse with varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.

    • Perform basic crops and farm facility maintenance.

    • Report any issues to the immediate supervisor promptly.

    • Check inventory of tools and materials. Report to immediate supervisor for supply.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Interest in plants, urban or modern farming, and food production system.

    • Organized, flexible, and enjoys taking and executing instructions.

    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energetic.

    • Patient, especially with kids.

    • Kind and respectful to everyone.

    • Fast learner with a willingness to continuously learn.

    • Attention to both farm and personal hygiene.

    • A good team player.

    Qualifications:

    • Adaptability to changing conditions and willingness to work on holidays and weekends.

    • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment in problem resolution.

    • Great time and schedule management skills.

    • Able to work independently .

    • HKID Holder.

    Work Schedules:

    • Weekends and holidays mainly.

    • Weekdays if requested.

    • Time range within: 09:00-18:00.

    Other:

    • Grower training days: 3 days.
